The intention of this blog is to keep family, friends, and interested strangers up to date on a trip as I am travelling.

I am finding this a little hard to do.  When I am travelling, I prefer to explore than to write.  Most of the writing, at least for the internet, comes after the trip.  So while I do make some of my posts on the road, the majority come later.

Please ignore the dates of the posts.  This is the date that I write them, not the date that they happened.  I most if not all posts are in chronological order.
